  • Family relationship to the student (parent, legal guardian)

  • Academic records or details (report cards, teacher feedback, reports)

  • Payment details such as credit card information or bank account details

  • Personal responses to surveys/forms

  • Identification information (Driver’s license details, teacher accreditation number, Australian Business Number (ABN), Working with Children Check, working rights verification documents, working qualifications)

  • Information from or in connection with your resume or job application if you apply for a position with us related but not limited to your professional training, accreditations, qualifications

  • Photographs, screenshots of lessons or lesson work, video interviews, call recordings, session recordings and/or images of you from camera footage during an online tutoring lesson or a video interview

2.4     We may collect additional information, including but not limited to, your feedback, your personal or business affairs, your content or email preference, your response to surveys and/or promotions or your interactions and communications with our team.

2.5     We take all reasonable steps to ensure that any Personal Information we collect and use is accurate, complete and up-to-date. To assist us in this, you need to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested, and properly update the information provided to us to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
